•  START batteries have long service life due to the lead alloy used.
•  Our batteries are delivered with the connection equipment. Installation system is very easy and safe.
•  Depending on customer’s request, the delivery can be either full charged or dry charged.
•  START batteries are designed as low maintenence batteries in order not to require water topping up for a long time.

Positive Plates:  Tubular positive plates are used. The grids of positive plates are composed of bars, that can be in a various number. A gauntlet formed by tubes is slided over these bars. Then, the gauntlet is filled with active meterial.

Negative Plates: The grids are pasted with a specific active meterial and form the negative plates. Negative plates are specially designed to match the positive plate capacity.

Separators : Microporous separators, which are strong, flexible to heat, and acid resistant are used. Since the separators are in a thin structure, they reduce the internal resistance.

Cell Containers : SAN type, transparent cell containers are heat and acid resistant. According to the battery capacity; 2V, 6V or 12V containers of OPzS series are used. 

Vent Plugs : Their construction, allows freed gases (H2 ve O2) to go out and prevents the leakage of electrolyte.
